Do you want to get started with a fitness routine but are unsure of where to begin?  Fort Bragg Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation is now offering personal trainers to help you kick start your fitness regime.  Personal Trainers are now available at Towle Court, Ritz-Epps, Funk, Hosking, Iron Mike and Blackjack Physical Fitness Centers.  Trainers are available by appointments to Active Duty, National Guard, Retirees, Department of
